MOROZKO ICE BREAKER is the latest addition to the Morozko product line and an aesthetic departure from our current offerings. With the capacity for a two-person plunge, the Ice Breaker allows you to experience the transformative power of ice baths while enjoying shared moments in a stunning, innovative design.
The Ice Breaker is quieter, easier to maintain, and incorporates a larger, elliptical stainless steel tub suitable for partner plunging. The exterior comprises milled incense cedar staves secured with stainless steel hoops, invoking a classic barrel design with a nested, modern twist.
New owners should expect small design upgrades to their delivered units. We are still iterating details based on feedback on our inaugural models' performance in the field.

PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATIONS
Your Morozko ICE BREAKER includes microfiltration and ozone disinfection to maintain clean, sanitized water without chlorine, water stabilizers, or toxic chemicals. There is no need for a plumbing connection or a drain line. All Morozko are designed to be free-standing, operate without regular water changes, and are warrantied for Epsom salt. The replaceable filter keeps your water clear and requires your inspection and replacement about every hundred plunges.
A digital temperature controller allows you to set any water temperature right down to 32F (0C), even when surrounding temperatures are above 110F. During winter, a separate warming circuit keeps the filter, pump, and piping from freezing in outdoor temperatures as low as -10F for up to 12 consecutive hours when the filter pump is on.
The cedar frame and marine-grade plywood are protected by an all-natural tung oil Exoshield finish and UV-stable, polyurea coating.The Ice Breaker is designed for outdoor use and, at 39 1/4" wide, does not fit through a standard doorway.

WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
Your ICE BREAKER is protected by a 5-year, non-transferrable warranty covering all manufacturing defects and malfunction, and your PRO is backed by a 72hr on-site service guarantee to minimize your business downtime. Moreover, if your are not ecstatic with your purchase 30 days after taking delivery, you may return your PRO for a refund of your purchase price, less shipping. Morozko does not charge restocking or other extraneous return fees.
NOTE: The Morozko warranty is limited to the ice bath itself. Morozko is a water-based appliance from which water will inevitably escape during normal operation. Therefore, we strongly recommend placing your Morozko ice bath only on a floor surface that will tolerate standing water without incurring damage. Morozko bears no responsibility for damage to surrounding structures or finishes.

DELIVERY
The first ICE BREAKER sold to the public will be ready for shipping by Halloween (Oct 31, 2024) and the second will ship by Thanksgiving (November 28, 2024).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items are to be returned at the purchasing customer's expense, except where exceptions are granted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
